reLEASE – TRE® + iRest Yoga Nidra Workshop


Through a series of seven simple exercises, created by Dr. David Berceli, PhD, you will learn how to safely activate the body’s natural ability to release deep muscular patterns of stress, tension and trauma through a vibration that calms down the nervous system bringing the body back to a state of equillibrium.    Once the tension is released, you will be guided through an iRest Yoga Nidra meditation supporting emotional, physical and mental well-being as developed by Dr. Richard Miller and Associates.

Class will be limited to 12 participants, aged 18+.  Please dress comfortably in loose clothing.   This workshop is fragrance-free so please do not where scented products of any kind including essential oils.
