Our Small Group Classes offer a safer and more effective practice than your typical yoga class. It may be surprising to hear, but it is not uncommon for yoga practitioners (including teachers themselves) to experience injury or pain from taking group yoga classes. While the risk of accidents is inherent in any activity, we minimize these occurrences by offering classes guided by instructors with extensive experience and who emphasize attention to detail with each individual practitioner.

What to Expect:

  • Only 8 students per class max (unless otherwise noted) for personalized service and greater efficiency
  • 30 minute new client initial intake and consultation with instructor to discuss existing health conditions and goals
  • Intelligent modifications and adjustments as necessary

Sundays, 10:30am-11:45am


Emphasis on smart conditioning of the body. Class offers a balance of mindfully guided flow and mobility and conditioning exercises to stabilize the spine, hips, and shoulders. We finish with breathing and guided meditation to reset the mind and body. Ideal for students of all levels who experience minor aches and pains or for those looking to fine tune their practice.
